United have agreed the loan signing of Middlesbrough attacker Luke Williams on a one-month deal.
The loan will start on Friday morning and run until after the away match at Crawley Town on Saturday, November 22.Capable of playing on the wings and up front, he trained with United on Thursday morning and goes straight into the squad for Saturday's home clash with Notts County.
The 21-year-old is highly regarded at the Riverside Stadium and has made 23 league appearances since 2009, scoring twice.
He also notched two goals in seven appearances during a loan spell at Hartlepool United last season.
Standing at 6ft 1in, he has been capped at U17, U19 and U20 level for England.
