As per normal tradition, United’s Easter Saturday away game against Barnsley has been brought forward 24 hours to Good Friday.
Mark Robins’ men will now travel to Oakwell on Friday, March 25, 2016 – with a kick-off time of 3.00pm.
Last season saw the Iron triumph on Good Friday, when they took on Peterborough United at Glanford Park, winning 2-0 on the day with goals from Paddy Madden and Theo Robinson handing Scunthorpe the points.
United are unbeaten on five consecutive Good Friday’s with their last defeat coming in the Championship back in 2009/10.
