IN REVIEW: WALSALL 1-4 IRON

29 September 2016

Looking at all the essentials from United's convincing away win at the Banks's Stadium.

The Iron put Walsall to the sword on their own turf as they overhauled their League One opposition by four goals to one.

Josh Morris was the hero on the night as he netted his first career hat-trick to take him into double figures for the campaign and make him the leading scoring in Europe.

The former Bradford City midfielder netted a penalty after 11 minutes before doubling his tally 90 seconds later as he fired in a rebound. Oztumer halved the deficit before the interval before Neal Bishop marked a milestone night with an emphatic strike from range.

Morris completed his treble with less than ten minutes remaining, opening out onto his left before striking into the top corner of the net.
