Our home league game with Charlton Athletic has been re-arranged for Tuesday, September 20.
The original date of Saturday, September 3 was postponed following three international call-ups for the Addicks, with them exercising the right to move the fixture as per EFL regulations.The two clubs have quickly moved to re-arrange the encounter for 17 days later, with the match set to kick off at 7.45pm.
The visit of the London-based outfit will come three days after the Iron's trip to Shrewsbury Town and four days before we welcome Sheffield United to Glanford Park.
Ticket sales for the fixture are set to resume both online and at the ticket office on Friday morning.
Supporters who purchased a ticket for the original date will be able to use the same ticket for the rearranged fixture. If you have purchased one and now cannot make the rearranged date, then you can apply for a refund for the face value of the ticket in the following ways:
If you’ve purchased your tickets via the Scunthorpe United ticket office and already have the tickets in your possession, please contact the Iron’s ticket office in person at Glanford Park with your ticket or you can post the ticket along with your contact details. The ticket office staff will then contact you to arrange the refund on receipt of your ticket.
Supporters who purchased from Scunthorpe United and have not picked up their ticket can apply for the refund in person at Glanford Park or over the phone on 01724 747670 during the ticket office opening hours.
Please note supporters have up until Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 5pm to apply for a refund. No refunds will be given after this date. If the tickets were purchased by credit or debit card then the same card will be required for the refund.
Away supporters that purchased from the Charlton Athletic ticket office should apply for your refund from Charlton.
