The World Cup is over and the 2014/15 season is fast-approaching.

Sky Bet rate Cardiff, Derby, Fulham, Wigan, Norwich and Watford as most likely to finish in the top six. Blackpool are most likely to go down with odds of 11/10. Rotherham then follow at 9/4 and Millwall are 5/2.
