The Iron were back out for their third and fourth sessions of the day respectively on Sunday evening.
Following an early morning run or bike ride and one session on grass, the players were then put through a session in the gym before heading out onto pitch two for their second spell out on the grass.
The United players ended the day with five minutes in the nearby lake and will recover to do it all over again on Monday.
